| A Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu reported a re-release of Metal Gear games for PS, PS2 and PSP to celebrate 20 years of MGS goodness. Konami also plans to release a box set of MGS, MGS2: Sons of Liberty, MGS3: Snake Eater and MGS Portable Ops all-in-1. I am one of the biggest fans of this franchise (as shown above-“my precious”) but new packaging is not going to make me buy the games I already own over again. Now, if the special addition re-releases included bonus features including new playable characters, new levels or even behind the scenes documentary then I would definitely buy it. As exciting as this is, I am personally looking forward to E3 and E for All to see if Konami is going to give out more info on MGS4 and possibly announce Portable Ops 2.
